PADI Advanced Freediver course

This course will cover the basics of freediving including the physics, physiology and mechanics. It will teach you how to breathe properly and how to equalize for deep diving. You must have swimming skills and be at least 12 years.
Before you enroll in a more advanced course, it is important that you have at minimum a bit of experience freediving. This course will provide you with the fundamentals you need and prepare you to take on more advanced training. After completing the course, you will be able to become a PADI freediver. You will also be able to freedive with a buddy in a pool or ocean.
SSI Basic Course in Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. The course combines classroom training with practice in the water. Two open water and one pool sessions are included in the program. You will be awarded the SSI Basic Freediver certificate at the end of this course.
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you how to swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT, freedive 20m, do simulated blackouts, and swim to surface. You will also learn the skills and knowledge required to dive to 40m or deeper. SSI has certification programs that are recognized worldwide. You will be able dive in all oceans. The SSI Freediver Basic Courses are a good way to get your feet wet and test out whether you like freediving.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs
The Molchanovs Freediving Course will take you from beginner freediver to competitive freediver. There are four levels to choose from, including a Lap Course that will prepare you for freediving in a swimming pool. Once you have successfully completed the Lap, you can then move on and take the Wave course. It will teach you how safely to freedive open water.
