Deep diving allows you to dive to depths that are not normally considered safe for divers. It could be because there are certain limits that have been set by local authorities. In addition, you may have the opportunity to explore some of the world's most beautiful underwater environments, such as the Galapagos, Elphinstone Reef, or the Blue Hole in Belize. Elphinstone Reef

Liveaboards are the best way to enjoy Elphinstone Reef. It is possible to dive at this location backwards. Therefore, you will need to be confident in your forward roll. Early morning dives are the best time to see sharks or other marine life. There are also more tropical fish. You'll also be able to see the resident hawksbill Turtle.

Blue Hole in Belize

The Great Blue Hole, a huge marine sinkhole off Belize's coast, is the Great Blue Hole. This amazing diving spot is located near Lighthouse Reef, an atoll. The Great Blue Hole has a total surface area of 70.650 sq metres and is 124m below the waterline. Here, deep divers have the opportunity to see some of nature's most beautiful underwater scenes. This Belize diving destination is ideal for deep divers because of its cave-like atmosphere and high visibility.

Galapagos

For a challenging and rewarding diving experience, try becoming a deep diver in Galapagos. Galapagos Islands are home to incredible marine life. As a result, the water is cold and often has limited visibility. Cool season (June to November) is the best time to dive the Galapagos Islands. The temperatures are cooler and the currents stronger. Elphinstone

You will love the Elphinstone Reef's vibrant coral reefs and beautiful underwater life. This 300-metre-long reef is between twenty to forty metres deep. It is home to large gogonians as well sponges and sea whips. You can find giant trevally, redtooth triggerfish, and redtooth triggerfish by dropping in to the finger-shaped plateau. You might even spot a hammerhead, which is rare and very difficult to find. This dive site offers crystal-clear water and a strong drift.

Belize Blue Hole

If you've ever dreamed about diving into the Caribbean Sea deep, you will have heard of the Great Blue Hole. Located about 62 miles from the mainland of Belize, the Blue Hole is a near-perfectly round hole. It is located at the Lighthouse Reef, about 125 m deep. Scuba divers and snorkelers have enjoyed the beauty of its surface waters for many decades. However, very few have braved its depths.

Elphinstone, also called Elfinstone, can be used as a boat dive in Southern Egypt. This saltwater dive site is located near Marsa Alam. It can reach a maximum depth up to 150 feet (46m). The visibility ranges from 61 to 70 feet (19 to 21 meters).

Training with BSAC

Deep Diver is a course that BSAC offers for beginners who want to learn scuba diving. This course is based upon the principles of BSAC Training. It is designed to combine theory and practice in order to offer the best experience. The course takes about three to four hours and can be scheduled to work around your schedule.
