Sherwood Scuba manufactures a defective BC. The BC is not up to code, and the company does not provide contact information for customers to solve the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He finally wrote a certified letter to the Irvine (California) address on the company brochures. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
