White Point dive in Los Angeles is one among the most exciting. It is located close to hypo-thermal hotsprings and features white bacterial moss. There is also an old shipwreck, rock coral, and kelp beds at this dive site. You will also see giant sea stars and urchins. High tide is best for diving.
Leo Carillo
Leo Carrillo, La is a state park located along the southern coast of Los Angeles County, California. It is part Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. There are 1.5 miles of beach stretching into the Santa Monica Mountains. You will find many opportunities to dive in the clear waters off Leo Carrillo State Park.
Divers have three options when it comes to Leo Carrillo. These dive sites are great for beginners, with easy entry points and plenty of parking. They're also a popular site for night diving and lobster hunting, and there's plenty of marine life to see.
Santa Barbara Island
Santa Barbara Island offers some outstanding offshore dive locations. Visitors can hop on a visiting boat to get out to these dive sites. These sites are usually rocky and are good hunting and photography grounds. These areas also have healthy kelp beds, purple hydro coral, and other natural resources. Moreover, the visibility here is excellent for Southern California waters.
It is possible to kayak and snorkel on the island. You can also tent camp if the weather is good. You can also find a large number of pinnipeds living on the island. These include harbor seals (northern elephant seals) and California sealions. These animals can be seen in the rocks surrounding the sea lion nestery. There are several overlooks on the island.
Anacapa Island

Veteran's park
