Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
